Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 June 2026

This policy explains how LeadSignals, a product of Measure Marketer, handles data for the customers who use our CRM platform and for the leads our customers manage in it. This is a starter document; please have it reviewed by legal counsel before relying on it.

1. Who we are

LeadSignals is operated by Measure Marketer (India). You can reach us through our contact page.

2. Data we process

Account data: the name, email and password of the people on your team who use the platform. Workspace data: the leads, contacts, meetings, messages and analytics you create or capture in your workspace. Technical data: IP address, browser/user-agent, and cookies used for tracking and attribution that you choose to collect.

3. How we use it

To provide and operate the CRM; to send the automated emails and messages you configure; to fire the conversions and analytics events you enable to your own connected accounts (Meta, Google, WhatsApp); to secure the service and prevent abuse; and to support and bill you.

4. Your customers’ data (you as controller)

For the leads and contacts you manage in your workspace, you are the data controller and we are the processor acting on your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process that data and for honouring data-subject requests; we provide the tools to export and delete it.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the integrations you enable (e.g. Meta Conversions API, GA4, WhatsApp, your payment provider) and with infrastructure providers that host the service, under appropriate agreements.

6. Isolation & security

Each workspace is isolated by database row-level security. PII sent to advertising platforms is hashed where required, and no PII is sent to GA4. See our Security page for more.

7. Retention

We retain workspace data for as long as your account is active. On request, or after account closure, we delete or export your data within a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data. Contact us to exercise them.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in-product or by email.
