Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LeadSignals, a product of Measure Marketer. By creating a workspace you agree to them. This is a starter document; please have it reviewed by legal counsel before relying on it.

1. The service

LeadSignals provides a hosted CRM and marketing-measurement platform. We may update, improve or change features over time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, your team’s access, and the security of your credentials. You must provide accurate information and verify your email to activate your workspace.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to send spam or unlawful communications, to violate the policies of connected platforms (Meta, Google, WhatsApp, your payment provider), or to process data you have no lawful basis to process. You are responsible for your own compliance with applicable marketing, privacy and consent laws.

4. Plans, trials & billing

Starter is free. Paid plans (Growth, Enterprise) are billed in advance via our payment provider. Trials convert to the free plan if not upgraded. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you put into your workspace. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service and to perform the integrations and sends you configure.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Termination

You may cancel anytime; your plan continues until the end of the period, then drops to the free plan. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You can export your data before closure.
